ROYAL HEMP RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At ROYAL HEMP, we are committed to delivering high-quality handmade hemp products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and documentation.
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, odor, alteration, or misuse.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

ROYAL HEMP reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance, sale, promotional, or discounted items.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.

3. Return Authorization

Before returning any product, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from ROYAL HEMP.

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photographs (if applicable)

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by ROYAL HEMP:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers assume responsibility for returned items until received by ROYAL HEMP.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

5. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

ROYAL HEMP reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject any return request.
  • Determine whether products meet return eligibility requirements.
  • Deduct reasonable costs for damaged, incomplete, or improperly returned items.

Our decision regarding product condition and eligibility shall be final.

6. Refund Policy

Once a return has been approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued at ROYAL HEMP’s discretion.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and approved.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10–15 business days after inspection and approval.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

ROYAL HEMP is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products based on stock availability.

Customers requesting exchanges for size, color, or style changes may be responsible for applicable shipping costs.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, ROYAL HEMP may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Alternative product options
  • Refund (at our discretion)

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.

If approved, ROYAL HEMP will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

ROYAL HEMP’s maximum liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for that product.

ROYAL HEMP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any product.

11. Right to Refuse

ROYAL HEMP reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or claims that:

  • Violate this policy.
  • Appear fraudulent or abusive.
  • Involve excessive return activity.
  • Fail to provide sufficient proof of purchase.
